| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 12, 2003. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to withdraw his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion for leave to file exhibits, and the papers filed in relation to the motion for leave to withdraw the supplemental brief, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to withdraw the supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief is withdrawn, and the respondent's brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief is stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to file exhibits to the supplemental brief is denied as academic.
