DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by appellant are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.
That branch of the motion by appellant to consolidate appeals numbered 2008-1111 N CR and 2008-1112 N CR is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal numbered 2008-1111 N CR.
That branch of the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by June 5, 2009.
