| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to strike the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2007, as inadequate, or to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record is granted, and on or before April 14, 2009, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing material attached to the respondents' motion papers as Exhibits C and D or serve and file a replacement record that contains those exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
