It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2009 term - the filing deadline is April 7, 2009, and continuing the stay. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The motion insofar as it seeks to supplement the record on appeal with documents that were not before the trial court, nor considered by the trial court in making its determination, is denied. The parties should attempt to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript in order to expedite the perfection of the appeal for the June 2009 term.
