| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by M. E. Fisenne, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 18, 1985, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Mary Ellen Waller.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from M. E. Fisenne to Mary Ellen Waller, effective immediately.
