Motion by the defendant for a change of venue of the trial of Westchester County Indictment No. 08-0784 from the County Court, Westchester County, to the Supreme Court, Bronx County.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal after completion of the voir dire (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463).
