People v Abejide, Bola
Ordered that the motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal is denied. The judgment of conviction was in March of 1993. The Criminal Procedure Law § 460.30 states "Such motion must be made with due diligence after the time for the taking of such appeal has expired, and in any case not more than one year thereafter."
