| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Applications by the respondent-appellant and the attorney for the child pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 26, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, is enlarged until April 27, 2009 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 27, 2009, and the brief of the attorney for the child shall serve and file a brief on or before that date.
