DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the attorney for the children on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 21, 2008, and January 20, 2009, respectively, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 17, 2009, which granted a stay on condition that the appeals be perfected on or before March 30, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion of this court dated February 17, 2009, is amended by (1) deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 30, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "April 3, 2009," and (2) deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 30, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "May 4, 2009".
