Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 5, 2006, and two orders of the same court both dated October 27, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-11031 and 2008-11032 is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-11031 and 2008-11032 with the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-11033 is granted, and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs.
