Respondent and the Law Guardian having moved for an extension of time to file and serve briefs on the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 23, 2008,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Patrick C. O'Reilly sworn to March 9, 2009, the affidavit of James A. Kreuzer sworn to March 18, 2009, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions be, and the same hereby are, granted on condition that the briefs are filed and served on or before April 22, 2009, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before May 7, 2009.
