Appellants having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on March 31, 2008 and May 20, 2008, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jenna W. Klucsik dated February 27, 2009, the affirmation of Matthew S. Lerner dated March 9, 2009, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmations of Michael A. Bottar dated March 5, 2009 and March 20, 2009, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions be, and the same hereby are granted, the appeals from the orders entered March 31, 2008 and May 20, 2008 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and the ordering paragraphs of the orders of this Court entered January 28, 2009 and February 13, 2009 are hereby amended by deleting the date March 19, 2009 and inserting in its place the date June 1, 2009.
Memorandum: No further extensions to perfect the appeals will be granted.
