| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 31, 2007, December 10, 2007, and January 15, 2008, respectively, which were determined by decision and order dated February 3, 2009, to direct the Treasurer of Suffolk County to release to her attorney, John Ray, Esq., the sum of $50,000, which was deposited as an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519, and a decision and order of this court dated March 10, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Treasurer of Suffolk County is directed to release to the respondent the sum of $50,000, which was deposited as an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519, and a decision and order of this court dated March 10, 2008, together with all accrued interest, less any appropriate and statutory fees due to the Treasurer, by check payable to John Ray, Esq.
