| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix bail after his conviction in the Supreme Court, Queens County, upon a jury verdict, on March 11, 2009, of unauthorized use of a vehicle in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and possession of burglar's tools. The trial court remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
