| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay "any existing, pending or future actions emanating from" a certain order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 18, 2009, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, to direct the respondent "to reimburse [certain money] collected by the Suffolk County CSEB," and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
