Application by the respondents ERA Realty Co., Edward Cohen, and Robert Cohen pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 14, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 17, 2009, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
