Motion by New York Lawyers for the Public Interest for leave to file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 14, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amicus curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this court on or before April 29, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amicus curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may serve and file briefs to the amicus curiae brief on or before May 29, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until May 29, 2009, and the briefs of the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
