| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 10, 2008, as directed him to pay an attorney's fee to the respondent in the sum of $10,000 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 and to stay any proceedings in the above-entitled action to hold him in contempt, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
