| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 18, 2008, and to schedule a CAMP conference (see NYCRR 670.4[b]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 8, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the CAMP conference will be scheduled expeditiously and the court will notify the parties as to its date.
