Separate motions by the appellants Jed Hantverk, David Gerber, and Salisbury Medical Practice, P.C., and the appellants Ana Kalash and North American Partners in Anesthesia, LLP, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 3, 2008.
