| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 14, 2008, and March 5, 2009, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered November 14, 2008, as directed him to pay counsel fees in the sum of $10,000 and to pay child support in the sum of $700 per week and to stay an income execution served on his employer, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
