| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Alison Jean Cottam, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 14, 1979, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Alison Cottam Fairbanks.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Alison Jean Cottam to Alison Cottam Fairbanks, effective immediately.
