| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Jennifer Ann Lee, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 18, 2007, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jennifer Ann Leonti.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Jennifer Ann Lee to Jennifer Ann Leonti, effective immediately.
