Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Susan Gray Jones, Esq., dated March 26, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 15, 2009, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
