| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated September 11, 2008 (one in each proceeding). Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]), and by serving and filing his brief is enlarged until May 11, 2009.
