| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to withdraw a brief filed by assigned counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 7, 2008, and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel is stricken, and the appellant's assigned counsel shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before May 11, 2009.
