| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated January 22, 2008, and to enlarge the record to include a letter of the Department of Health & Human Services dated July 19, 1995, General Financial Eligibility Requirements and Options section 3810 of the State Medicaid Manual, and Foreward of the State Medicaid Manual.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 14, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the record on appeal is enlarged to include the letter of the Department of Health & Human Services dated July 19, 1995, General Financial Eligibility Requirements and Options section 3810 of the State Medicaid Manual, and Foreward of the State Medicaid Manual.
