On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 13, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the respondents, and granted, in part, and denied, in part, a cross motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 26, 2008, is amended by adding the word "cross" before the word "motion" in the second and third decretal paragraphs.
