Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 7, 2005, and March 19, 2007, respectively, and for the assignment of new counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 29, 2009, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
