| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent Office of Children & Family Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and appendix in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 13, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Office of Children & Family Services to serve and file a brief and appendix is enlarged until April 21, 2009, and the brief and appendix, if any, of the Office of Family & Children's Services must be served and filed on or before that date.
