Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated February 11, 2009, a stay was granted on condition that the appellant perfect the appeal by March 13, 2009, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the child were directed to be filed by April 13, 2009. The appellant's brief was served and filed on March 13, and the brief of the attorney for the child was served and filed on April 13, 2009. The respondent's brief was not filed. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the respondent to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until April 27, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
