Motion by the defendant for a change of venue of the trial of Richmond County Indictment No. 92/08 from the Supreme Court, Richmond County, to New York County or Kings County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew the application for a change of venue, after the completion of voir dire (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463).
