DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to terminate the assignment of the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 28, 2008, on the grounds, inter alia, that the attorney for the child no longer has standing to oppose the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
