On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 5, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 14, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "dated September 20, 2007," and substituting therefor the words "entered May 14, 2007."
