| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 14, 2007, and to withdraw appeals from two orders entered January 22, 2008, and June 24, 2008, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order entered May 14, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-06391), is granted and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the appeals from the orders entered January 22, 2008, and June 24, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-01776 and 2008-06415), respectively is granted and those appeals are marked withdrawn.
