| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Scott F. for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, both entered June 6, 2008. Application by the appellant Rebecca G. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief until 15 days after service of the supplemental pro se brief of the appellant Scott F.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the reply brief of the appellant Rebecca G. shall be served and filed on or before May 6, 2009, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the supplemental pro se brief of the appellant Scott F. shall be served and filed on or before May 21, 2009.
