DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay her eviction pending hearing and determination of appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 25, 2008, July 30, 2008, and September 2, 2008 (two orders), respectively, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve the motion papers in compliance with the terms of the order to show cause.
