| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Melissa Goerz for leave to appeal to this court from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2008, January 29, 2009, and March 27, 2009, respectively, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right as dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter is denied as academic.
