On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 8, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted, in part, a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 23, 2007, is amended by adding as the third decretal paragraph the following:
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged; the appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions; and it is further,
