| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants-respondents and the third-party defendant-respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 25, 2008, and August 29, 2008, respectively, for leave to withdraw a brief filed on March 23, 2009, on their behalf and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief filed on March 23, 2009, is deemed withdrawn, and the time of the defendants-respondents and the third-party defendant-respondent to serve and file their brief is enlarged until May 26, 2009, and the brief of the defendants-respondents and the third-party defendant-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date.
