| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Maryanne Roesler to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 21, 2008. Separate motion by Maryanne Roesler to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 8, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in relation to the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 21, 2008, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion to consolidate, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 21, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-03536), is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 26, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted to the extent that the appeals will be heard together and will be argued or submitted on the same day, and the motion is otherwise denied.
