Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 30, 2008, to include two letters dated June 18, 2008, and September 10, 2008, respectively, from Susan L. Fowler, Probate Judge, District of Chittenden, State of Vermont.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall either file copies of the letters in the office of the Clerk of this court with the original papers or attach the letters as an appendix to his brief.
