Motion by Fresh Meadow Mechanical Corp. on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 17, 2008, to enlarge the time to perfect its cross appeal. Separate motion by Coastal Sheet Metal Corp. to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by Fresh Meadow Mechanical Corp. is denied as academic as its cross appeal was marked withdrawn by order on application dated April 7, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Coastal Sheet Metal Corp. is granted, the time of Coastal Sheet Metal Corp. to perfect its appeal is enlarged until May 27, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the brief of Coastal Sheet Metal Corp. must be served and filed on or before that date.
