DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 15, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until May 4, 2009.
