DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children Isaiah J., Jerimiah S., and Joshua J. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 9, 2008, three orders of the same court dated June 19, 2008, and an order of the same court dated July 11, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
