DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered December 12, 2006, which was transferred to this court by the Appellate Division, Third Department.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 15, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
