ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated April 24, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted an application by Jessica Ruth Brand to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jessica Ruth Gebhardt is amended by deleting from the caption "Attorney Registration No. 2931194" and substituting therefor "Attorney Registration No. 4454435."
