Motion by the appellants to strike stated portions of the brief of the Town of Dover and the entire brief of Powell Road Mobile Home Park, Inc., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 23, 2008, and September 30, 2008, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered July 14, 2008, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the record to include certain documents.
