DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child Bervine Harris, Jr., to be relieved of an assignment to represent that child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 10, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of that branch of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Bruce Loren, Esq., 3938 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783, is directed to turn over all papers in the action pertaining to the child Bervine Harris, Jr., to the new attorney for the child Bervine Harris, Jr., herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Bervine Harris, Jr., to represent that child:
