Motion by the respondents to strike the appellant's appendix and dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated January 31, 2008, on the ground that the appellant's appendix is inadequate or to enlarge the record to include certain documents.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
